  8.5 Teacher Certification Professional Program

  • eduKaytion Golf has created a unique, intense training program built on Golf 8.5 from Kay's 30 years of experience.

  • We are seeking self motivated individuals who want to bring their teaching skills to the next level.

  • We are looking for individuals who are interested in teaching and specifically teaching and learning Golf 8.5. 

Certification Requirements

  • Must have golf experience or knowledge

  • Personal Statement of why you want to be certified and how you would use Golf 8.5 (500 words or less)

  • Must submit a resume

  • Two letters of references

  • Admission interview to review application

Level I - Certification Program Includes:

  • Attend in person - minimum of 2 Golf 8.5 - 1 or 2 day Workshop (as an Assistant Teacher)

  • Four - Two hours Sessions Golf 8.5 training workshop

  • 16 hours of Online Sessions - One-to-One with Kay to include:

    • Teaching Methods, Sales, Marketing, Video techniques, Safety, Learning styles, Single and Group lessons, etc.

  • 3 - 6 Actual Lessons will be video taped, observed & reviewed.

  • Each lesson will be evaluated (1 hour of personal evaluation for each lesson - 3 to 6 extra hours.)

Workbook will involve approximately 15 to 20 hours of work at home.

  • Completion will be required (online)

  • Final Certification - needs to be a Pass in the following:

    • Written Test

    • Evaluation of lessons
      Certification renewal 2nd year = $250
